Clerk of the Year

This award was established in 2017 by Regional Director, Mary Auth. This award is presented to that individual who recognizes their responsibility to not just the judge or show that they are working under, but also to the exhibitors and spectators. The clerk of the year transitions smoothly between all roles and still delivers at the top of their game. That person demonstrates efficiency, neatness, and accuracy in the delivery of their paperwork. They also contribute to the team effort of the show committee.

2018 – Siim Koppel

This is the 2nd year for this award and we had several nominations. This person’s nominator wrote: he is polite and respectful with a constant smile. He keeps the ring moving, the cages full and exhibitors informed. He never discusses his cats with the judge, a win or loss and never brings his personal baggage to the ring. Siim Koppel brings humor and happiness, professionalism and dedication and smiles – plenty of big smiles.
