Show Hours: Advertised show hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday show hours are 9a.m. to end of finals (about 3:30 or 4 p.m.). Judging will start at 10 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday. All entries are expected to remain in the show hall until the advertised closing time (end of finals). Early removal without permission of the show manager will result in all wins being voided. Kittens and HHPs are exempt from this rule.

General Information: Our cage service is providing all cages sized 22" X 22" X 22" (single) 22" X 22" X 45" (double). Litter will be provided. Bring litter pans, cat food, water dishes and curtains for the cages. A single cage is provided with each entry. Reasonable care will be taken of all cats and personal property, however neither the Mo-Kan Cat Club or the Overland Park Convention Center will be liable for items lost, damaged or stolen. If you are a first time exhibitor, please feel free to call the entry clerk with any questions. People food is available for sale at the Overland Park Convention Center concession area. All security cages (single or double) require double cage space. All entries include $1.00 CFA and Midwest Region surcharge. Mke checks payable to Mo-Kan Cat Club.

Ribbons and Awards: Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded according to CFA rules; permanent flats will be used for all except BOB, 2BOB and BCH/BPR. Fabric ribbons will be available. All championship, premiership, and registered kittens will be scored for CFA Regional and National awards.

Rules: This show is licensed by CFA and show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of these rules may be obtained by sending $5.00 to CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. All cats must be free from parasites, fungus and contagious diseases. The show committee reserves the right to remove any cat or kitten from the show hall that is suspected of having any of the above, until examined by a veterinarian at the owner's or agent's expense. All entries should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis/Pneumonitis, Calicivirus and Rabies and should test negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry in any class. Kitten registration numbers must be printed or written in ink in the Master catalog to be scored. All entries 8 months and older and all AOV, Provisional and Miscellaneous entries (regardless of age) must have a CFA registration number. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be pemitted in show hall.

Advertising and Catalog Ads: Advertise your cats in our catalog. Full page $35 ($20 to clubs for show ads), half page $20, Quarter Page $10, Business Card $5.

Entries: AAll fees must accompany entries. Please print legibly or type all entry blanks and forms. Benching requests will be honored whenever possible. No entry fee will be refunded for failure to bench. Maps will be sent with confirmations. Vending from cages or grooming spaces is not allowed. No extra charge for emailed or faxed entries; however, a follow-up call or email is recommended to ensure your entry was received. HHPs: Must be over 4 months old, spayed or neutered if 8 months or older and must not be declawed or otherwise surgically altered. Household pets are defined as any domestic cat not otherwise eligible for championship competition. They will be judged in 8 rings. Sales Cage: Available only to exhibitors of pedigreed cats. All kittens must be at least 4 months old and have litter registration as proof. No kittens to be sold for under $100. Positively no kittens allowed under tables.
